Cheese Cake with Cherries
1 (9 inch) Graham Cracker Crust 3 (8 oz pkg) Cream Cheese 5 Eggs 1 cup Sugar 1/4 tsp. Salt 3/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract ~~~ Beat Cream Cheese. Add remaining ingredients & beat until smooth, thick & lemon colored. Pour into buttered 9" spring form cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool in pan on cake rack for 20 minutes. Topping: 1 1/2 cups Sour Cream 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract 2 T. Sugar Can Cherries Mix Sour Cream, Vanilla & Sugar. Spread on top of cake and bake for 10 minutes longer. Cool Refrigerate . Spoon cherries over each slice when served. ~~~ Enjoy~~
