Chocolate Meringue Pie This is just the simplest down to earth pie, but it still remains one of the favorites of all ages. 1 (9") Pie Crust 2 packages of Chocolate Pudding 4 egg whites ~~~ Just cook pudding as stated on package. When cool, pour into pie shell. Meringue: Whip egg whites adding a little sugar as you go until the whites form stiff peaks. Spoon on top of pudding. Put this in an oven on 350 degrees until the peaks are slightly brown. Enjoy!!
