French Molded Cream 1 (8 oz.) Sour Cream 1 cup Whipping Cream 3/4 cup Sugar 1 Envelope Unflavored Gelatin 1/4 cup boiling water 1 (8 oz) pkg. Cream Cheese 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract ~~~ Combine sour cream & whipping cream in a medium saucepan. Beat at med. speed until blended. Gradually add sugar. Beat well. Cook over low heat until warm. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add to cream mixture. Remove from heat. Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until fluffy. Add cream mixture & vanilla, beating until smooth. Pour lightly into oiled 4 cup mold. Chill until firm. Unmold on platter and garnish with frosted grapes (dip in unbeaten egg whites and sugar). Yield 8 servings. Enjoy!!
