Welcome to our Home

Come on in...have a cup of hot tea and imagine you are right here with us,  sitting by the crackling fireplace,  with soft music playing, sharing our Victorian Christmas.

We can stroll through the house whenever  you want to.

Our home is very Colonial with a Victorian flare to it.

Our decor is Country French with pastels of pinks, teals,  cream, whites a&  blues.  Lots of very feminine decor for you to enjoy.

I put up 6 trees each year.  Therefore you will find 6 different rooms here that you can go to.

Outside:

We have a wrap around porch in the front and down one side.

I string thick green garland on the porch and tie it at each post with burgundy ribbon.

We have 16 windows and 3 doors that have wreaths with the same burgundy bows on them.

We have a lot of Leyland Spruce around our yard, sort of like the picture to the left.

We put out 3 big deer that are made out of grapevine and painted white.  They have white lights wrapped around them.

They are beautiful lit up at night.

We usually have an open house for our choir...and that is about 60 people.  These are the most beautiful people in the world!!

We sing praises to God all year long...but Christmas is the best time to sing our praises.

We  prepare the most delicious food at our home during Christmas.  We have the entire family over on Christmas Eve.  We go as a family to church and worship.

The most important thing about Christmas of course, is the Birth of Christ.

We all come back to the house.

We say a Prayer for this wonderful gift that is ours if we only accept Him as Your only Begotten Son.

We thank you Lord God for the gift of your Son, Jesus Christ.

Without Him, us Christians, would have no hope to be saved to live  forever with God in His Kingdom.

Then we eat...and finally we open Christmas presents until about midnight when everyone goes back to their homes.
