Dear Heavenly Father, I come to you tonight to thank you for this day, this beautiful day that you have given us.
Father, calm our spirits and cause us to slow down..... so that we may hear your voice speaking to us.....
I also come to you tonight asking prayer for others....Father, we all struggle with life's hurts, hang ups and habits. Life is full of mountains and valleys.
Father, we know that it is in the valleys that we grow, we do know that. Father, sometimes when we are in these valleys we just can't seem to climb out of them by ourselves....they are just too deep, the road is too long and the burdens are too heavy.
Father, I pray that you will wrap your loving arms around us and carry us out of these valleys when this happens.
Father, open the eyes of our hearts so that we may see you more clearly.
Father, forgive us of our sins and remember them no more.
Father, it is in Jesus' name that I pray this prayer......Amen
