I have an Aunt that I love very much...

her name is

"Fannee"

She taught me some of the social graces in life.

For instance, she taught me how to walk,

(she put a book on my head and said "walk",I had to learn to walk that way even when the book was not on my head).

I did!

She taught me how to curl my hair and to brush it 100 times every day...

She taught me how to "set a table"...

she taught me how to say "thank you" and  "excuse me"...

she also taught me how to clean the house.

Most of all when I felt no one loved me, and I felt so lonely,

She taught me how to dream...

In fact, she is the one who always told me to "follow your dreams", Dale, and you will be successful in whatever you do.

My mother used to say "dream when you are feeling blue and you will never be lonely!"

That is why I chose to name my Site

"Follow Your Dreams"

I love you Fannee, like my own Mother!

Thank You for loving me too...

I used to go stay with my Aunt Fannee every summer for a couple of weeks.

She had the most beautiful home.

She had all these beautiful accessories sitting around on her tables, etc.

Her home  always felt so clean, and so pretty...I felt  a great peace  there.

So guest what?  When I married and got my own home I began to collect all sorts of things...

lots of things...

beautiful things...

as my pastor calls it, "stuff."  But I love my "stuff,"  these beautiful things are what makes a house a home.

They reflect your personality.

They have wonderful memories attached to them.

They make Christmas gift-giving easy!

So sit back, relax and click on your favorite thing...and I will share with you ...
