Two
hijacked commercial planes slammed into the twin towers of the

landmarks to collapse in devastating clouds of flames and smoke
and killing a 'tremendous number' of people starting their
workday inside.

This
is my prayer for those families and friends who lost loved ones in
the attack and Father, also for our Country.
Dear
Heavenly Father:
I
come to you today to ask a special blessing on those families
that have lost loved ones in this Attack on our Country.
Father,
heal their hurts and comfort them at this time...Father, carry
those who are so fragile that they cannot walk through this by
themselves.
Wrap
your loving arms around each of the families of the
Firefighters, Policemen, Port Authority Workers and all Medical
Personnel that gave their lives to help others.
And
Father, I pray for the families of the clergy....
Father
we know as a country we have not been what you would want us to
be, so we ask forgiveness for our sins and our
transgressions. We ask you to not look upon our sin any
longer and to heal our land.
We
ask that you use this "attack on our Country" to
your glory, to unite us as a God fearing Country once again.
We
have people in high places of power who have hushed our prayers
in America, but Father, they could not hush the prayers of
Christians on September 11, 2001.
The
whole world heard our prayers. And the whole world prayed
with us. The world has and is
praying and thanking you for your unconditional love.
Father,
open the eyes of my heart because I want to see you. Use me,
send me, let my heart be broken by the things that break your
heart.
Father,
you said that you are with us always and forever.
I
ask how do I know that...and you answered by saying
I
am the Wind, breathing over the ocean...
I
am the Wave, running across the ocean...
I
am the Trees, hear me whispering in the leaves...
I
am the Sun, feel my warmth on your face...
I
am the Moon and the Stars, see me shine in the darkness...
I
am the Might of the Tallest Oak,
I
am the Heart of the Smallest Flower, see my beauty...
I
am in All Things, and All Things in Me.
And
then Father, I feel your presence more than ever and I feel
secure....I know that I need nothing else but You.
In
Jesus' name I pray this humble prayer...Amen
